HIPHOPダンサーとして、日本のダンスシーンを牽引し続ける代表的存在。小さな身体からは想像もできないほどのダイナミックな動き、そして爆発的なパワーで国内外で数々の伝説を作り上げてきた。ダンスイベント主宰、舞台演出ほか、世界中のダンスイベントにゲストや審査員として出演中。現在は若手育成や女性ダンサーの地位向上を目的に、18歳以下が出場できるイベントや、女性のみで構成される舞台なども手がけている。ダンス講師としても15年以上の指導歴があり、クラス数・特別ワークショップ数は年間300以上にのぼる。

MIHO a.k.a. HipHop Grenade. Her powerful and explosive dance style dominates floors and snatched many battle trophies all over the world. She started her dance career at a young age, and to this date, she has been contributed to the Japanese HipHop dance scene as a dancer, a DJ, and an event-organizer for a long time. Aside from performing and stage-directing, she has been teaching and supporting numerous young dancers starting from age 3. She also takes action to strengthen the position of women in the community for better futures.
